Return & Exchange Policy
At Treemoda, we care about customer satisfaction and always strive to provide the best shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Product Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Newborn clothes
- Hair accessories
Return Shipping Fees
In case of return, a fixed shipping fee of 90 EGP will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To submit a return or exchange request, please log in to your account, select the order you wish to return, and follow the return request steps.
Important: The customer does not need to print or provide any return label. Simply hand the product to the shipping company representative when they collect it from your address.
Refund Processing Time
Returned products will be inspected once they arrive at our central warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive and approve the returned item.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
