How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days to all governorates of Egypt, excluding public holidays.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available in all governorates.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unwashed and has all original tags. A fixed return shipping fee of EGP 90 is deducted from refunds.

Which items can’t be returned?

For hygiene reasons: underwear, socks, swimwear, newborn clothing and hair accessories.

When will I get my refund?

Within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item, using the original payment method whenever possible.
